How we collect, use and protect your personal data.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by EYE C U sp. z o.o. (referred to below as "EYE C U", "we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in Poland. We specialise in iris macro-photography, custom iris jewellery, WallArt prints and event photography stands.

2. What data we collect

We collect only the data you provide voluntarily when contacting us or ordering our services:

• Contact information — name, email address, phone number.
• Session details — session date, address, notes about your booking or the pets/participants involved.
• Order details — products ordered, delivery address, payment method (we do not store card numbers).
• The iris photographs we take of you during a session.

We do not use analytics, tracking cookies, advertising pixels or fingerprinting scripts on this website.

3. How we use your data

We use your data only to:

• Reply to your enquiries and quotes.
• Prepare, deliver and follow up on your sessions and orders.
• Send you your photographs and, if applicable, jewellery, WallArt or vouchers.
• Send order-related emails (payment instructions, delivery updates, follow-ups).
• Meet our accounting and legal obligations (invoices, tax reporting).

We do not send promotional newsletters unless you have explicitly subscribed, and never a marketing email you did not ask for.

4. Cookies and third-party services

This website only loads Google Fonts for typography (essential for rendering the site as designed). No advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, no social media trackers.

When we email you, our messages may transit through Google Workspace (Gmail infrastructure). When we bill you, our invoicing and payment providers may process your data as required to complete the transaction.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep your data as long as it is necessary for the purpose described above, and no longer than required by Polish accounting and tax law (typically 5 years for invoicing data). You may ask us to delete your data earlier — see below.

6. Sharing your data

We never sell your data. We only share it with:

• Delivery partners (InPost Paczkomat, couriers) — to ship your order.
• Our accountant — for invoicing and tax compliance.
• Payment providers — only what is strictly necessary to receive payment.
• Authorities — where legally required.

7. Your photographs

The iris photographs and portraits we take during a session belong to you. We may use anonymised iris close-ups (no face, no identifying details) as portfolio or example images on our website and social media. If you do not want your iris to appear in our portfolio, simply let us know at booking or at any time by email — we will exclude it, no questions asked.

8. Your rights (GDPR)

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct any incorrect or outdated information.
• Ask us to delete your data (subject to our legal obligation to keep invoices).
• Object to certain uses of your data.
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
• Lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO — Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych).

9. Security

We keep your data on Google Workspace with two-factor authentication and on our secure computers. We do not share access to your files with third parties.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Any material change will be highlighted on our home page.
